Healthy Cooking with Maroon Base (20th April 2018)
This week, we made a vegetarian sweet and sour stir fry using onions, peppers, carrots, baby corn, beansprouts, mushrooms and a sachet of sweet and sour sauce.
Everyone worked hard cutting up the vegetables and Andre even managed to peel a carrot without a peeler! We took turns stirring the vegetables and everyone had a try
